Hey there, I'm Kendri, Your new favorite third wheel.

Oh, hi!!! I just wanted to take a minute and introduce myself. My full name is Mckendrianna Purdy, but you can call me Kendri. I am the owner and photographer of Purdy K Photo. I am 25 years old and have been taking photography seriously since 2017. From 6th grade on, I started packing around my grandmas digital camera, Taking pictures of my friends at school was one of my favorite things to do. A few years later I started using my moms DSLR for self portraits and photos of my friends. I am a lover of Oregon's stunning sunsets, foggy mountain mornings, and beautiful beaches, lakes, and rivers.

How I got here?

Shortly after I graduated high school, I gave birth to my first child. My mother gifted me her older camera -the same one I used to use as a kid- to capture photos of my own family. I immediately starting practicing, having my brand new baby as the best model! Just a couple years ago I purchased my first full frame professional camera. I recently upgraded to a mirrorless camera and now shoot with two camera bodies. I have spent countless hours invested in education and practicing my technique.

I feel blessed to be where I am today.

Today I am a mother of three amazing and equally wild children that keep me on my toes. Two boys and a girl. I am married to the most supportive husband around, he’s truly my biggest fan. We also have three dogs, a golden retriever, a blue heeler, and a little scruffy mutt. AND Two cats, When I’m not behind the lens, or on my laptop, you’ll find me hanging with my kiddo's!
